A week before your event, you’ll receive your kit which includes everything you need to kick-off the game. Instructions, prizes, and of course – a surprise item or two for a physical game.

We love Battle Box because it can be played anywhere – whether you’re indoors, outdoors, on a boat, at a ballpark, or on the move.

Plus, with the help of your Event Producer, coordinating the game becomes a breeze. They’ll give you a call an hour before your scheduled time, as well as be on-call for any support during the game.

And, to top it all off, you’ll receive a captivating slideshow of content to showcase at the end, all you have to do is plug in your laptop and hit PLAY.

Then it’s over to you to hand out the prizes!

WORK AS A TEAM

Guided by the prompts in the game app, teams complete a variety of missions, that can be played anywhere.

All the missions have no ties to a particular location, giving your team creative control over what you submit, and give you the best chance for top points!

Teams solve missions and tasks by taking photos or making short videos.

SUPERSTAR EVENT PRODUCER

As soon as your booking is confirmed, you are paired with your Event Producer. They will arrange everything for you, including custom trivia and providing you with all the tools you need for the day to run smoothly.

You’ll get some PDFs to print out and hand to each team, so they can get setup in a matter of minutes.

Slideshow Presentation and Winners Announcement

The most popular way to end your game and announce the winners is to present the provided Slideshow Link to the team at an end location or venue.

Your Event Producer will send you the slideshow within 15 mins of your game ending.

You’ll receive a briefing on how to conduct this with ease – but if you’ve plugged into a TV before, and know how to share-screen – you’re good!

FAQ

Is the host joining us on the day?

This includes a ‘remote host’ which means, no, your host is not joining you in-person on the day. But they are on-call for any questions.

Do we need an ending venue?

Ideally, yes. A semi-private area with AV is perfect. But end anywhere you can share the slideshow – ending the game in your office, then heading to a local bar is perfect!

Are there prizes?

Yes, these are included in your kit. Medals for everyone in the winning team, and a novelty prize for last place.

Can this be run at any Conference Venue, Zoo, Casino, or Airbnb?

Absolutely! This game is designed to be played anywhere.

Is the game inclusive for people with a disability?

Absolutely. This game is what you make it, and by that we mean – since there are no locational clues as standard – you can remain in your conference room or office for the game if you’d like.

Can we add custom trivia questions?

Yes, you can add up to 10 custom multiple-choice questions as standard.
