Case Study: Auto and General

AIM

Create a 2-hour Team Building activity to promote team collaboration, communication, engagement and of course fun! Our aim was to energise a multi-day conference to get the group out of the classroom and moving.

BRIEF

Auto General required a Team Building activity that wasn’t too “heavy” in terms of measured outcomes. They wanted something light hearted based on their classroom workload over the 2 day conference.

SOLUTION

Utilising 1 smartphone per team they were tasked with completing 30 photo, video and question responses within the local area. Missions included the re-enactment of Bee Gee’s disco moves down Bee Gee’s Lane, David Attenborough impersonations and revealing some of their own hidden talents.

Each team’s submissions were scored instantly utilising our game app and a final video was edited and shown upon completion in the conference room. The room was filled with tears of laughter as the submissions were displayed to the group utilising Mon Komo Hotels in-house AV.
