Case Study: Qld School Sport

BRIEF

Develop bespoke team building activities to engage 600 student AFL players from School Sports Australia on their visit to Australia Zoo.

SOLUTION

We setup two separate activities – a customised interactive Scavenger Hunt for 400 students, and an African Survivor challenge for 180 other students.

Interactive Scavenger Hunt – We had the privilege of presenting in the one and only Crocoseum. After briefing everyone on using the App to guide their missions, teams of 5-8 set off around the Zoo guided by their smartphones. Teams took part in some zany, creative and cryptic photo and video challenges.

African Survivor – Survivor-style challenges were setup with rhinos, giraffes and zebras in the background. Teams of 6 battled it out to become the ultimate Surviving team. Teams had to build catapults, test their collective strength, and put their minds to the test in some strategic puzzle solving.

Safe to say, we know the Zoo pretty well after digging and planting clues for 3 days! Thanks Australia Zoo and School Sport Australia for giving the students a Zoo experience like no other!
