Brief

Create a custom program for BAC’s annual staff celebration for 350 staff: Passion Days.

It needed to be on-brand, celebrate certain milestones and appeal to the varied demographic of staff. It also needed to celebrate and sell the destination – Moreton Island!

Our Solution

We crafted a custom program based on our Passport Challenge – part scavenger hunt, part amazing race, part fear factor …

Their objective was to navigate around the resort, guided by our App, and use their creativity and team work to complete missions that led them to our stations. There they had to fulfil certain challenges to fill their passport, before moving on. Teams found themselves doing the Macarena with strangers, singing along to the Bee Gees, and

Stations included

  • Island Yogi – meet our yoga instructor for a session of comedic stretching
  • Beach Slingshot – meet our beach hippie for some physical activity
  • Sandsculpting – meet our sand sculptor and re-create your company logo

Each day was a huge success. Each day we created over 150 photo and video content pieces which will be used by BAC in the future.
