ABOUT THIS TEAM DAY
As a leader, it is inevitable that you will need to have courageous conversations with your team.
A courageous conversation is when you take ownership, cast aside fears, and have a difficult conversation with courage.
Imagine if you had a framework, the tools and the confidence to never shy away from a a difficult conversation, again.
Pairing team-building activities with the courageous conversations helps participants practice difficult conversation skills in a hands-on, supportive setting.
This approach reinforces key concepts and builds confidence through real-time application and collaboration.
HOW IT WORKS
This team day is a combination of an
- indoor workshop (3 hours)
- experiential team building activity (2.5 hours)
- Identify the benefits of having effective conversations and your challenges in delivering them.
- Learn about transformational ideas and the principles of a difficult conversation.
- Learn how to structure and prepare an opening statement for any difficult conversation.
- Practice preparing and delivering a conversation.
- Learn how to guide difficult team conversations with courage and tact that transforms relations and delivers positive results.
Practical learning gets people involved, and motivates by connecting what has been learnt with what is experienced.

Do we need a venue and AV?
The workshop requires a venue. this could be your office, boardroom, a room for hire, or conference venue. The workshop requires a projector or TV.
Is this a competition?
The team building component is. And the beauty of this activity is the tools and techniques you learn can be applied to a gamified learning experience – where points rule!
