A week before your event, you’ll receive your kit which includes everything you need to kick-off the game. Instructions, prizes, and of course – a surprise item or two for a physical game.

We love Battle Box because it can be played anywhere – whether you’re indoors, outdoors, on a boat, at a ballpark, or on the move.

Plus, with the help of your Event Producer, coordinating the game becomes a breeze. We manage everything remotely and are on-call if anything comes up.

When the game ends, we instantly send through a gallery of all their content and the final placings.

Then it’s over to you to hand out the prizes!

FAQ

Is the host joining us on the day?

Nope. Your organiser runs it with the instructions in the box. We manage everything remotely — but we’re on standby if anything comes up.

Do we need an ending venue?

Ideally, yes. A semi-private area with AV is perfect. But end anywhere you can share the slideshow – ending the game in your office, then heading to a local bar is perfect!

Are there prizes?

Yes, these are included in your kit. Medals for everyone in the winning team, and a novelty prize for last place.

Is this a scavenger hunt if there are no location-based clues?

Absolutely. The missions challenge teams to find, photograph and compete using whatever’s around them — a green object, the nearest exit sign, something older than your oldest teammate. The world around you is the game board.

Can this be run at any Conference Venue, Zoo, Casino, or Airbnb?

Absolutely! This game is designed to be played anywhere.

Is the game inclusive for people with a disability?

Absolutely. This game is what you make it, and by that we mean – since there are no locational clues as standard – you can remain in your conference room or office for the game if you’d like.

Can we add custom trivia questions?

Yes — we have Game Packs and other add-ons to make it your own. Ask us when you enquire and we’ll walk you through the options.
