Three ways to join the crew
Each role plays a different part in making an event exceptional.
Event Producer
The backbone of every event
You own the event from the moment we sign the contract to the moment the last participant leave. You liaise with client, brief the crew, manage logistics on the ground and make sure everything runs exactly as planned – and then some.
Facilitator / Game Host
The energy in the room
You’re the face of the event. You MC, you hype, you handle the chaos with a smile. Whether it’s a corporate Game Show for 300 people, or a Scavenger Hunt for 40 executives, you make it unforgettable. You’re just as comfortable in the boardroom as you are on stage. When things go sideways – and sometimes they do – people still leave raving about you.
Actor / Character
The wildcard that changes everything
Some of our events have planted actors who interact with participants in character — creating moments that leave people genuinely unsure what just happened. If you can hold a character under pressure, improvise with strangers, and keep a straight face when you probably shouldn’t, we want to hear from you.
