Remote Team Building

Teamwork From Home

Remote team building is brand new but will soon be the norm. While there are many software providers bridging the digital gap between employer and remote employee the demand for cohesion is now greater than ever.

If not now then soon it will become evident that team building is more relevant, important, and will be more effective than ever before.

Working From Home

We believe in making “every workplace an appealing place to work“, and while there are many advantages to working from home, there are also some hidden surprises such as loneliness and the insecurity of appearing less productive, among others. Some employees also rate lower levels of trust in their employers due to the lack of physical interaction.

Team building and team work are going to play a crucial role in keeping employees feeling connected to their team, their employers, and the company at large. But don’t worry we got your back.

Introducing Remote Team Building

Thankfully, our partners in the USA at The Go Game have been deep in the code for 18 months. They been building a remote team building product from the ground up, and we couldn’t be more proud of what they’ve created.  We’ve been busy beta testing with a host of companies, and the feedback has been tremendously positive.

But what is Remote Team Building?

Think of remote team building as a mashup of Trivia, Charades, ZOOM calls, and a virtual board game starring you and your co-workers. The whole experience is facilitated by one of our hosts who handles all of the tech so you can focus on working together and winning the most points. The technology easily facilitates the types of team building games that would happen in person and keeps it all behind the curtain so all you need to do is draw, sing, laugh, play, and communicate.
