Case Study: Stile Education

A special event aimed to foster stronger relationships and promote a sense of unity between two offices! Our Mega Build and Survivor were the perfect combo.

THE CLIENT

Stile Education, an innovative education technology company, prides itself on its mission to inspire and engage students and teachers alike. For the first time ever, Stile brought its US and AUS teams together in-person for a day of connection, collaboration, and fun.

This special event aimed to foster stronger relationships and promote a sense of unity between the two offices—an unforgettable experience that reflected the company’s values and culture.

THE EVENT

  • What: Company-wide games and team-building event
  • Activity: Dynamic and fun team challenges
  • Where: Melbourne, Australia
  • Who: Stile’s AUS and US teams (in-person collaboration)

THE EXPERIENCE

The goal was simple: Bring the two teams together for a day of connection, while aligning with Stile’s core values of collaboration, fun, and engagement. The event was designed to be high-energy, interactive, and reflective of the company’s vibrant culture.

The day kicked off at 10am with teams diving into an exciting challenge: building their very own Rube Goldberg machines. This creative and hands-on activity sparked collaboration, encouraged out-of-the-box thinking, and got everyone working together to engineer overly complex, yet highly entertaining contraptions.

Laughter echoed throughout the morning as teams constructed elaborate machines designed to accomplish simple tasks in the most convoluted ways possible.

After a break for lunch, the energy shifted outdoors for some Olympic-style games, where teams competed in a series of fun and challenging physical activities.

Whether it was relay races, tug-of-war, or quirky skill-based games, the afternoon session provided a perfect mix of physical activity, teamwork, and friendly competition.

By the end of the day, the teams had not only laughed and bonded, but also built lasting memories from the friendly challenges.

IMPACT ON THE BUSINESS

This event wasn’t just about games—it had real value for Stile’s business and culture.

By fostering stronger connections between the AUS and US teams, the event set the stage for better collaboration and communication going forward.

Bringing together two geographically separated teams for an in-person event like this was an essential opportunity to build trust, improve teamwork, and align goals across continents.

The energy and fun of the day carried over into their work, resulting in stronger relationships and a shared commitment to Stile’s mission.

One of the key takeaways from the event was the real-world benefits of creating a culture of connection and engagement—especially for a company that values creativity and collaboration as much as Stile does.
